Overview

skyMDM (Master Data Management) provides AI-driven match, merge, dedupe, and real-time 360° data capabilities. It creates a single source of truth across your healthcare organization by resolving identities and maintaining accurate, connected records. Work moves through a configurable seven-stage pipeline — Connect, Clean, Validate, Enrich, Map, Match, and Merge. Each stage runs inside your own data warehouse, so records never leave your environment: skyMDM orchestrates and governs the pipeline while Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric does the processing.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Enforce fine-grained user roles across the application with workflows aligned to the rest of the Skypoint suite. Viewer access extends into Platform Settings for role-appropriate visibility, while administrators retain full control over Profiles, Merge configuration, and the Review Queue.

Tenants, Instances, and User Access

Organize work into tenants, each holding one or more isolated instances such as production and staging. Roles are assigned at either the tenant or the instance level, so a user can administer one workspace while only viewing another. Administrators invite users, change roles, block or unblock access per instance, and remove access entirely, with every change written to the audit log.

Standardized Match & Merge Experience

Match and Merge workflows are driven from clean action menus instead of inline Run buttons, with a grid-based pipeline-stage table active by default for clearer at-a-glance review. Job status, progress, and outcomes are surfaced consistently across communities.

Live Run Monitoring

Every pipeline stage has a run window that shows progress while a job executes, along with who triggered it, how long it took, and the resulting row counts. Stewards can cancel a running job, reopen the history of previous runs, and refresh results in place. Jobs that stall or lose their completion signal are reconciled automatically so a stage never sits in a false “running” state.

Profiles and Dashboard

The Profiles page presents the finished golden records as a searchable 360° view for analysts and downstream systems. The dashboard scopes its metrics to the MDM profile you select, so record counts, stage status, and recent activity always reflect a single master data domain.

Operational Diagnostics

Searchable correlation IDs and end-to-end telemetry across data catalog operations make it fast to trace, reproduce, and resolve issues. Diagnostic messages surface actionable error details so data stewards can act without escalating to engineering.

Help & Support

An always-on Help & Support page lets data stewards submit, track, and resolve issues directly inside skyMDM without leaving the workflow.

Branding & UI Consistency

Branded login and splash screens, refined dashboard palette, and consistent primary call-to-action styling deliver a polished, on-brand experience for every user across pipelines, dashboards, and Match/Merge jobs. A light and dark theme toggle carries through every page, and the shared Skypoint app switcher lets users move between skyMDM and the rest of the suite without signing in again.
