Capture the conversation
Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 once and skyNote dispatches a notetaker to Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex calls automatically — for every meeting, only meetings you organize, only external meetings, or none at all. Meetings without a bot are covered too: record in person from the mobile web app, record audio or audio plus screen from the Transcribe page, or upload a recording you already have.

Understand what happened
Speaker-attributed transcription runs live during the call. When it ends, skyNote writes the summary, decisions, key takeaways, chapters, and action items, extracts durable facts into skyBrain organizational memory, and embeds the conversation so it is searchable alongside every other meeting. An optional video pass reads screen shares and demos and places on-screen events on the same timeline.

Act on it
Review the action items, confirm who owns each one, and push the meeting where the work lives — Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, Salesforce, HubSpot, WelcomeHome, Smartsheet, your own webhook endpoint, or a resident’s record in August Health. Rules can fan meetings out automatically; writes into a CRM or EHR stay a deliberate, reviewed act.

AI Skills
Reusable, prompt-driven actions — a custom summary format, a follow-up draft, a recap for a specific audience — that run against a meeting and post their output straight to Slack, email, or a CRM. Skills can be written in the app or uploaded as a file, with no practical limit on instruction length.
The Feed
A daily card of what happened across your meetings, split into Digest, Highlights, and Challenges. Every item is tagged — a blocker, a win, a decision — and attributed to the meeting and the people it came from. Filter by tag or date range, jump to a date, and scroll back through history.

Granular Sharing

Configurable Public Links
A “What this link shows” panel lets the creator tick exactly which sections a public link carries — summary, key takeaways, decisions, action items, transcript, recording, chapters. Admins set what a link may ever carry and can lock sections off for the whole workspace. Public live-meeting links expire automatically after the meeting, and an expired link hands signed-in people into the conversation or offers to request access.
Soundbites
Clip the moment a customer said the thing that matters and share it on a timestamped link, with the transcript shown speaker by speaker alongside the clip.
Recording & Playback
Recorded meetings play back with closed captions, a speed control, and full-screen support, on the conversation page and on public links alike. Uploaded recordings are transcribed the same way bot-recorded ones are, and untitled recordings receive an AI-generated title.
Bot Chat Commands
Any participant can control the notetaker from the meeting chat with

The live meeting detail page uses a two-column layout designed for operator focus — captions on one side, controls and context on the other. Live meetings open in their own tab, so you keep your place in Conversations.
Calendar Sync
Automatic calendar sync keeps meeting coverage current, with a mobile-friendly Sync button for immediate event refresh on the go. Renaming a meeting in Outlook or Google renames it everywhere in skyNote, notetaker choices apply to a single occurrence or a whole recurring series, and disconnecting a calendar genuinely cancels its scheduled notetakers.
One Notetaker Per Meeting
When several colleagues have the same call on their calendar, one shared notetaker joins and the resulting note fans out to everyone who subscribed — instead of a row of duplicate bots in the room.
Notifications & Digests
In-app notifications for shares, mentions, and assignments, plus daily and weekly digest emails and a pre-meeting prep email about an hour before a recurring call. Notification preferences are set per workspace, turning a notification off actually stops the email, and meeting times in every email are rendered in the reader’s own timezone.
Import From Fireflies
Bring existing Fireflies.ai meetings into skyNote as fully searchable notes. Preview what an import will bring before running it, pick a preset window or a custom date range, and watch imported-versus-remaining progress as it runs. Imports are per person, so one teammate’s backfill never blocks another’s.
Reliable Share Notifications
Share emails route recipients directly to the meeting page, with the skyNote logo embedded as an inline attachment for consistent rendering across email clients. All outbound email uses one consistent template, and the person doing the sharing is no longer emailed about their own share.
Self-Healing Processing
A transient AI failure while writing a summary is retried rather than marking the meeting failed. When something does go wrong end to end, a support ticket is opened automatically, so a failure is not left for you to discover as an absence.
Note-Taker Safeguards
Meeting notes are always cleared when the note-taker is turned off — even after errors — preventing stale or unintended content from being retained.
Tenant-Isolated Recording Storage
Recordings are stored in tenant-isolated storage, strengthening data governance and ensuring each customer’s meeting content remains fully separated.

Delivery to chat, email, and CRM can run on a rule — keyword, attendee, and calendar filters decide which completed meetings fan out where — and a failed push surfaces on the meeting timeline with a one-click retry. Writes into a CRM or EHR are deliberately narrower: a person presses send on one meeting after reading the text, every note is filed under the named person who pushed it, and every push, refusal, and record lookup lands in an append-only audit log.
Smartsheet, two-way
Smartsheet is the exception that goes both ways, because a task row keeps being worked long after the meeting. Each team member connects their own Smartsheet access token, so every row is written in their own name; the destination sheet and its column mapping stay a shared workspace setting, changeable from the push dialog itself. Pushing a meeting writes one row per action item carrying the task, owner, due date, status, priority, and a deep link back to the conversation. Re-pushing updates those same rows rather than duplicating them, and edits made in Smartsheet — a re-assignment, a new due date, a changed priority — flow back into skyNote. Where the two disagree, Smartsheet wins field by field, because that is where the task is being worked. Nothing skyNote does ever deletes a row from a customer’s sheet. Pushes can be manual or fired automatically by a rule, and an optional “suggested owner” column carries the AI’s guess as plain text while an item is still unassigned.Webhooks
A Webhooks entry under Apps sends each meeting to an HTTPS endpoint of your own the moment its notes are ready — either one call per meeting carrying everything, or one call per action item, so a no-code tool can turn each event into a row without a scripting step. The same keyword, attendee, and calendar filters apply. Your Trash, Your Timetable
Deleted conversations are kept until you say otherwise. An optional auto-purge window on My Profile cleans them up on a schedule you choose, and permanent deletion removes the underlying media file as well as the record.
